How much time do we need to give if we are moving out? 

Clause 23. of the terms and conditions in your storage agreement states that you must give at least fourteen (14) days notice of your intention to move out.

Do you have a key for my unit?

There is no key needed for your unit, you provide your own padlock.

Am I automatically insured?

No you are not automatically covered. Goods are stored at your own risk. We recommend that you take out insurance cover or contact your home insurer. 

What type of lock do you recommend?

We highly recommend a disc padlock for the best security.

How do I make a payment?

Click on Payment-Login button. Once you have logged in follow the prompts to make a secure online payment.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

No, we do not charge deposits.

Why do I need to sign a storage agreement?

The storage agreement sets out the terms and conditions of the relationship between the facility operator and the storer, and it clearly identifies the rights and obligations of each party.

Do I need to meet with the facility operator in person, to book a unit?

You do not need to meet with the facility operator to complete your booking. All steps are completed online. You will need to supply a copy (scan or image) of your Australian driver's licence to finalise your booking.
